The Appeals Court of Kyiv considered the appeal of the representative of LLC “Intertrade-Ukraine Limited” on the decision of the investigating judge of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv dated November 30, 2017, regarding the seizure of property and money in the framework of criminal proceedings.

According to the results of the court hearing, a ruling was passed which upheld the appeal and annulled the ruling of November 30, 2017, which imposed the seizure of property and funds that are included in the account of LLC Intertreider-Ukraine Limited in the framework of criminal proceedings No. 42017000000001981 dated June 21, 2017, and accepted the newly refused to satisfy the petition of the General prosecutor of Ukraine in connection with the seizure of funds held in the account of LLC Intertrade-Ukraine Limited.
