Kyiv administrative court of appeal upheld the appeal of LLC “SV “Telecom” and annulled the decision of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv  city from June 25, 2013 in the case of administrative claim of LLC “SV “Telecom” to the State Architectural and Construction Control Inspection in Kyiv region on recognition illegal and cancellation of the resolution dated 15.04.2013 No. 3-1504/1 on the imposition of a fine for offenses in the field of urban development activities.
