COURT FOUND UNLAWFUL DECISION OF THE STATE FISCAL SERVICE ON REFUSAL OF REGISTRATION OF TAX BILLS

During December, 2017, the District Administrative Court of Kyiv considered and satisfied a few of law cases of Polymer Isolation LLC against the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine and found it illegal and abolished the decision to refuse to register tax invoices.

In addition, the court ordered the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine to register in the Uniform Register of Tax Bills all tax invoices, the registration of which was stopped by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine and the decision to refuse the registration of which the court found to be unlawful.
