The Commercial Court of Chernihiv region on case number 927/492/17 partially satisfied the claim of LLC “Gas Resources” and it was charged from the Public Joint-Stock Company “”Chernihiv Plant of radio equipment”” in favor of the Limited Liability Company “Gas Resources” 1,030,177.65 UAH of principal debt, 73,913.62 UAH of fine, 93,720.64 UAH of penalties, 10,475.84 UAH 3% per annum, 37,126.53 UAH of inflationary losses, 10,000.00 UAH of expenses for attorney services, 18,681.01 UAH of court fee.
