Pecherskyi District Court of Kyiv city rejected the petition of the prosecutor of the department for procedural management and support of the state prosecution of the General Prosecutor of Ukraine on the imposition of arrest on property seized during the search.

The basis for making the above-mentioned decision was the violation by the party of appeal, namely, by the prosecutor of the GPU, the principle of territorial jurisdiction, since the body of the pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings was the Investigative Department of Financial Investigations of the Large Taxpayers Office of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, territorially under the jurisdiction of Shevchenkivskyi District Court of Kyiv city. And the GPU only carried out procedural guidance in criminal proceedings
