Managing partner of the Legal association “Femida” Voronytska-Haidak Nadiya Oleksandrivna took part in the VI All-Ukrainian forum of Association of Lawyers of Ukraine on Public Law with a report entitled “Inspections of the Antimonopoly Committee. Judicial practice”.

During the report, questions were raised about the procedure for determining the jurisdiction of appeal of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine decisions; the most pressing issues regarding the procedure of administrative appeal of decisions of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine were discussed. The speaker shared his own experience with the audience in challenging the AMCU’s decisions and emphasized the need to amend existing legal acts in order to eliminate the legal conflicts that exist to date.
