Kyiv appeal administrative court dismissed the appeal of the State tax inspectorate  in Shevchenkivskyi district in Kyiv city on the resolution of Kyiv regional administrative court in the claim of LLC “Company “Ukrgazbud” to the State tax inspectorate  in Shevchenkivskyi district in Kyiv city of State tax service about a recognition illegal actions, cancellation of the decision No. 5 dated 20.11.2012, to oblige to take actions, upheld the Resolution of the District administrative court of Kyiv city from February 27, 2013.
